12 days

With this pregnancy coming to an end soon, I am starting to feel bigger than ever. While I’d much rather stay in pajamas all day, I am forcing myself to get dressed and ready in the morning. It’s amazing how much just getting dressed, doing your hair, and putting on a little makeup can do for your morale.

During the month of December I partnered with Target Style to give you 12 Days of Target Style. I picked out some of my favorites from the Liz Lange for Target Maternity Collection and had 12 days to show you how I styled the pieces. I must admit that this was so much more fun than I ever imagined. It forced me to really take a look at what was in my closet and pull together things that I haven’t worn in a while, but really worked well with my growing bump.

With just a few essential pieces from the Liz Lange for Target Collection, I was able to bring some non-maternity items out of my closet and style them together. If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you were able to see the look each day, but for those of you that didn’t I am going to give you details on each outfit.

While I am so excited to meet our baby boy, I am going to miss dressing up this bump.

Thank you Sarah! It’s definitely a mood booster this late in the pregnancy game. 🙂

I love Target maternity! I would say most of my maternity wardrobe is from there because it is fashionable and yet affordable. One thing that bothered me about Target though is that they have their maternity and plus size sections together, as if they are the same thing. Sometimes I would be browsing a rack of clothes and then realize they were plus size, not maternity. Just because you are pregnant doesn’t mean you are plus size! And imagine the people who are plus size and then end up with maternity style clothing! I wish Target would change this. Maybe they could put the Maternity section next to the baby clothes, since you are probably shopping for both!

Good point! I never thought about that before. I have lived in these tops and love them. Even better that they are at a great price.
