Polka Dots

I love wearing dresses during pregnancy. Let me take that back, I love wearing dresses even when I’m not pregnant, but I especially love wearing them when I am pregnant. As my bump gets bigger and bigger (which seems like it’s by the day at this point,) I want to wear dresses that can grow with me throughout my pregnancy.

I fell in love with Hatch Collection when I was pregnant with Avery. I had a chance to visit their showroom and chat with the founder, Ariane Goldman, who personally showed me her favorite pieces and shared her inspiration behind the designs. Hatch is designed for women to wear before, during, and after pregnancy. It’s fashionable looks that you can add to your wardrobe for longer than those nine months.

This polka dot dress is part of their fall collection is was a must-have as soon as I saw it. The polka dots let the dress stand out on its own without being too overpowering.

It’s a shirt dress which means that it is incredibly comfortable and has plenty of room as my bump grows throughout the pregnancy.

As it starts to get a little bit cooler here in NYC, I love the versatility that this dress has. The day I wore this, it was just cool enough to need a jacket, but I didn’t need anything other than that. On cooler days, I could easily style this with a pair of tights and booties and it would look just as chic!
